Vigilanteism 101. Just when you thought no one was watching you, you better think again. There are things that you used to be able to get away with but I'd say those days are numbered now. There's enough eyewitnesses out there and nowadays you can bet that someone is recording it. Here's a gleaming example of internet mob rule and the right to loss of privacy...

Profiterole. A cream puff or profiterole is a pastry, usually made using Choux pastry, filled with whipped cream or custard. The pastry bakes into a hollow ball which is then filled with cream, either by injection or by slicing off the top of the pastry which is later replaced. The best profiterole that I've found so far is at Osetra. And by the way... the food isn't bad either.
